Highlands at East Atlanta:
Highlands at East Atlanta is a 250 unit acquisition/renovation project located in Dekalb County just outside the city limits of Atlanta. The property is close to East Atlanta, a vibrant area of restaurants, coffee shops, and newly established retailers. 

The community was renovated with new pitched roofs in place of the existing flat roofs, new windows and doors, new siding, new landscaping, new clubhouse for kids and adults to meet and learn, new HVAC systems, new plumbing, new electrical systems, washer dryer connections placed in many of the units, living spaces being opened up and modernized, new lighting, new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, and much more. The property involved a total renovations in the amount of approximately $8,000,000 or $32,000 per unit. Through our affiliates, our role is co-owner and co-developer.. A HUD project based section 8 contract covers 100% of the units.
